Micro IPMs incorporates a wide range of footprint-compatible part numbers, three lead-form options, and are compatible with mass-market TO-2xx heatsinks and clips.

This family of high voltage, high efficiency, rugged IGBTs is available in surface mount and through hole packages and is optimized for variable frequency drives, providing low switching losses and solid thermal performance for motor control application.

High voltage gate drivers are tuned to achieve an optimal EMI/switching loss compromise, enabling drop in replacement with the same footprint and pinout.
