The CY9AFx3xK/L series consists of a maximum of 20 MHz Arm? Cortex?-M3 MCU with 128 KB of flash and 8 KB of SRAM, and peripheral functions such as various timers, ADCs, and communication interfaces (UART, CSIO, and I2C).
