Effortless BLE testing and debugging on Windows PCs

BLE-Beacon is a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or Bluetooth Smart utility for Windows PCs developed by Infineon. The tool provides an easy-to-use Graphical User Interface (GUI) to enable customers to test and debug their Energy Harvesting kits and BLE Sensor Beacon applications. Infineon BLE-Beacon can be used with our BLE products such as S6SAE101A00SA1002 Solar-Powered IoT Device Kit, CYALKIT-E02 Solar-Powered BLE Sensor Beacon RDK and CYALKIT-E03 Solar-Powered BLE Sensor Beacon 5 Pack.

BLE-Beacon 1.0 supports the following BLE dongle kits:

  • BLE-USB Bridge and Debug Board for CYALKIT-E02 Solar-Powered BLE Sensor Beacon RDK

The BLE-Beacon enables you to manage a sensor beacon node. This application:

  • Runs on Windows PC platforms (including platforms that do not natively support Bluetooth LE)
  • 3D graph visualization for sensor data transmitted by Cypress’ BLE Sensor Beacons
  • Color map surface graph
  • Interactive data: rotate, zoom, and highlight data using mouse or touch
  • Temperature and humidity sensor data support
  • Export logging data as a CSV file
