About

Infineon's my-d? vicinity Secure is a high-frequency (13.56 MHz) RFID tag with a read and write distance of up to 1.5 m. It offers a range of tailored configurations to meet a broad number of requirements, including object identification across a range of applications. The tag incorporates the leading RFID technology with state-of-the-art security features, including two-way mutual authentication, message authentication codes, and customizable access conditions with hierarchical key management.

Intelligent EEPROM with contactless interface and state-of-the-art security logic. SRF 55V02S offers a challenge and response security algorithm featuring two-way mutual authentication, two keys per sector for hierarchical key management, individual access rights for each key, and a 32-bit MAC that verifies data integrity. Additional features include a 224 byte (user) and 64 byte (admin) EEPROM.

A high on-chip capacitance (97 pF ¡À5%) variant of the standard SRF 55V02S model, SRF 55V02S HC allows for smaller tag antenna designs.

A variant of SRF 55V02S with increased memory capacity, SRF 55V10S offers 992 byte (user) and 256 byte (admin) EEPROM, and is designed for more memory-intensive applications.

A high on-chip capacitance (97 pF ¡À5%) variant of the standard SRF 55V10S model, SRF 55V10S HC facilitates smaller tag antenna designs and memory-intensive applications.
