Overview

Infineon's new XENSIV? 60 GHz CMOS mmWave radar sensors offer advanced sensing capabilities with high precision and ultra low power consumption. The integrated hardware accelerator and the bootloader, allow the device to operate autonomously and offload complex tasks from the host MCU by running either pre-processing steps or complete motion detection on-chip. With improved bandwidth and output power the CMOS product family achieves exceptional resolution and detection ranges to enable wide range of applications from simple motion detection and presence sensing to people tracking, gesture control, or vital signs monitoring.
