Overview

AURIX? microcontrollers feature an innovative multicore architecture, based on up to three independent 32-bit TriCore? CPUs. They are designed to meet the highest safety standards while significantly increasing performance. AURIX? TC26xD belongs to the AURIX? TC2xx family of first-generation 32-bit MCUs. Equipped with a dual 200 MHz TriCore? and with up to 2.5 MB flash memory, AURIX? TC26xD microcontrollers support safety standards up to ASIL-D.

The AURIX? TC26xD has a Dual TriCore? microcontroller that can handle high-performance applications. It comes with two TriCore? processors operating at 200 MHz and DSP functionality. In terms of memory the product family also supports up to 2.5 MB Flash with ECC protection, up to 240 KB RAM with ECC protection, as well as 48x DMA channels. In addition, it is equipped with 3x Delta-Sigma ADC converters and 48x 12-bit SAR ADC converters. The AURIX? TC26xD has 6x SENT sensor interfaces, 2x PSI5, and 1x PSI5S. In terms of connectivity, it offers Ethernet 100 Mbit, 1x FlexRay, 4x ASCLINs, 4x QSPI, 1x I?C, 2x MSC, 1x HSSL, I?S emulation, and 5x CAN, including data rate-enhanced CAN FD. The microcontroller can operate on a single voltage supply of 5 V or 3.3 V, making it a versatile option. It is available in LFBGA-292 package, LQFP-176 Package, LQFP-144 Package, and Bare Die.
