Overview

The S6E2C series consists of a maximum of 200 MHz Arm? Cortex?-M4F MCU with 2 MB of flash memory and 64 KB of SRAM, and peripheral functions such as DSTC (Scatter-Gather DMA), CAN, USB, external bus I/F, SD Card I/F, HS-QSPI, CAN FD, Ether-MAC, various timers, 12-bit ADCs, 12-bit DACs, I2S, and communication interfaces (UART, CSIO, I2C, and LIN).
