With this solution, a small module holds the security controller and all software components, along with an eco-friendly Coil on Module (ECoM) package that integrates the contactless antenna. SECORA? Pay Green for dual-interface cards combines the security controller and all software components, along with the new eco-friendly Coil-on-Module (eCoM) package which holds all security components and integrates the contactless antenna.

This means a new generation of payment card technology compared to state-of-the-art payment cards that require the embedding of a separate copper wire antenna in the card with various material layers including inlay foil.
