How does the AI support us in our recruitment process?
The AI in our recruitment process will act as a supporting tool for our recruiters with positive impacts on the overall recruitment experience. One important aspect in this context is, that it will not take the recruiting decision for us. These remain firmly in the hands of our experienced recruiters and Hiring Managers, ensuring that every candidate is assessed fairly and thoughtfully. We at Infineon use AI responsibly. What does the use of AI mean for my application?
The use of AI in our recruiting process works in the background and gives you access to a faster and simplified job search, with greater transparency regarding suitable open positions based on a skill-based matching algorithm.

Can I send an unsolicited application to Infineon?

In which language do I have to send my application and CV?

You can log in to our applicant tool . Please keep in mind that this is only possible if you have already applied. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one at the bottom of the page below the Login button. After you have typed in your username, your password will be reset and you will receive an e-mail with further instructions.
What is important to you in the CV?
