Cortex?-M7 CPU for main tasks, a dedicated Arm? Cortex?-M0+ CPU for peripherals and security HSM, a 2.5D graphics engine, sound processing, and a WVGA GFX, the family delivers exceptional performance. It also offers two packages: a 216-pin TEQFP and a 272-ball BGA.

The TRAVEO? T2G CYT3DL family offers a wide range of interfaces, including Ethernet, 4-channel CAN FD, up to 12-channel SCB, and 2-channel LIN-UART. It also includes a 2-channel SMIF supporting various modes. Its 2.5D engine, 2 MB VRAM, and versatile video-in and video-out options enhance its cluster capabilities. The family supports audio features like sound modules, PCM-PWM, I2S, and DAC.

Packaged in 216-pin TEQFP and 272-ball BGA, the TRAVEO? T2G CYT3DL family ensures design flexibility. It integrates seamlessly with various automotive systems through embedded peripherals and supports protocols such as CAN FD, LIN, CXPI, and Ethernet.

The TRAVEO? T2G CYT3DL offers one of the most scalable graphic MCU portfolio. In terms of performance, it offers single core Cortex-M7 up to 240 MHz, up to 2M Bytes embedded VRAM, GFX for up to 1280x480 display on two packages (216-TEQFP and 272-BGA). It is consuming below 457 mA in Active mode and 50 uA in Deep sleep mode with 32 KB RAM retention. Its mirrored embedded flash banks offer A/B swap capabilities.

Graphics subsystem supports 2D and 2.5D (perspective warping, 3D effects) graphics rendering up to 24-bit color resolution (RGB). The CYT3DL provides one capture engine for video input processing for ITU 656 or parallel RGB/YUV or MIPI CSI-2 input and up to 2 video output interfaces supporting 2 displays from parallel RGB, FPD-link

On-The-Fly rendering mode and hardware decompression enables the most cost-efficient smart Cockpit without high-end 3D SoC or a complex software. It features as well a dedicated best-in-class standby mode controller, with its own voltage domain to, not only support low power modes, but also to perform certain operations such as analog measurements, CAN and LIN, RTC and basic processing while the rest of microcontroller is in standby.

T2G, a mature, feature-rich driver layer is now available, which is developed, maintained, and supported by in-house TRAVEO? experts. The TRAVEO? T2G AUTOSAR Software was developed in compliance with AUTOMOTIVE SPICE and ISO26262 standards, making it suitable for applications with safety targets up to ASIL-B. Additionally, the delivery package includes the EB Tresos? configuration tool, which comes with a node-locked license.
