About

XC2200 family is based on the industry-leading C166SV2 high-performance microcontrollers. With a memory size of up to 832 KB of flash and up to 138 KB of RAM running at up to 128 MHz, the microcontrollers address the increasing complexity of highly integrated body and gateway applications. XC2200 MCUs offer state-of-the-art connectivity with up to 40 ADC channels and six CAN nodes. They are additionally characterized by a rich peripheral set with a general purpose timer (GPT12E) unit. XC2200 family devices use the package types TSSOP-38 and VQFN-48, as well as QFP-64, QFP-100, QFP-144, and QFP-176.

  • ?Light bulb supervision without CPU load
  • ?CAN gateway functionality without CPU load
  • ?Fully scalable over package and memory
  • ?Flexible power concept
  • ?Memory protection unit (MPU) to fulfill AUTOSAR requirements
  • ?Supports ASIL requirements
