Overview

The AURIX? TC39xXM (ADAS) series is the successor to the AURIX? TC29xTT family, offering enhanced performance to autonomous driving applications. This second-generation of 32-bit MCUs combined with TTTech Auto¡¯s MotionWise software stack provide our customers with highly optimized solutions for safety-critical applications. A richer set of peripherals and a full EVITA HSM address safety and security requirements of future sensor fusion systems.

About AURIX? TC39xXM (ADAS)?

Like all the families of AURIX? TC3xx, the AURIX? TC39xXM (ADAS) series aims for reduced complexity, best-in-class power consumption, and significant cost savings. These 40 nm technology, second-generation microcontrollers with embedded flash come with increased performance, memory sizes, connectivity, and more scalability to address new automotive trends and challenges. AURIX? TC39xXM (ADAS) has six cores running at up to 300 MHz, up to 6.9 MB embedded RAM, and 1024 KB EEPROM at 500k cycles. The family provides state-of-the-art connectivity with 1 Gbit Ethernet, FlexRay, LIN, SPI, HSSL, and 12x CAN including data rate enhanced CAN FD. They are characterized by a rich peripheral set with a powerful Generic Timer Module (GTM), CCU6, and GPT12. Moreover, AURIX? TC39xXM (ADAS) provides a programmable Hardware Security Module (HSM), and is available in LFBGA-292 package.

AURIX? TC39xTT microcontrollers offer a scalable product portfolio to address the needs of low-resolution grid fusion applications as well as the needs of sensor fusion applications from standalone object fusion to companionship for a high-end AD ECU.
