About

As part of the XC2200 family, the XC223xM (LQFP-64), XC226xM (LQFP-100) and XC228xM (LQFP-144) microcontroller series is the high-end extension of the XC2200 family focusing on body applications. With an extended memory size of up to 832 KB flash and up to 50 KB RAM running at up to 80 MHz, the microcontrollers are well suited for high-end BCM and gateway applications. This high-end extension of the XC2200 family as well as new low-end and high-performance products launching in 2010 will complete the rich portfolio of scalable products. XC22xxM MCUs offer a state-of-the-art connectivity with up to 16 ADC channels. They are additionally characterized by a rich peripheral set with a General Purpose Timer (GPT12E) unit. The XC22xxM family devices use the package type 100-pin green LQFP, 0.5 mm (19.7m) pitch.

  • Enhanced power saving modes with flexible power management
  • Programmable watchdog timer and oscillator watchdog
  • Supported by a large range of development tools
  • On-chip debug support via JTAG interface
  • Eight serial interface channels to be used as UART, LIN, buffered SPI, IIC bus Interface, IIS Interface
