PCB Design Data

Accelerate Your PCB Design with cutting-edge product data solutions

About

PCB design data is comprised of library files that contain essential information for designing. These library files include two primary components: schematic symbols and PCB footprints.

Schematic symbols are graphical representations of electronic components used in circuit diagrams. They provide a visual representation of the components, making it easier to design and understand the circuit. These symbols are used to create a schematic diagram, which is a blueprint of the electronic circuit. PCB footprints, on the other hand, define the physical layout pattern for how a particular component will be mounted on the PCB. They specify the size, shape, and pin layout of the component, ensuring that it is correctly placed and connected on the board.

?

PCB design data files are available in various formats, including Altium, Cadence, Mentor Pads, Eagle, Cadstar, KiCad and DesignSpark

Formats Cadstar, KiCad and DesignSpark may not be available for all products but for NPI products only

If you have any questions or concerns about using Infineon's PCB design data, don't hesitate to reach out to Infineon representatives for assistance

To support you during the evaluation of your product/board, Infineon Developer Center provides you two main sections:

Software: Find all the software from Infineon

Tools: Find all tools which are getting offered by Infineon for the evaluation
